Listener Submission & Broadcast Permission

HDFM Radio welcomes your stories, comments, questions, music requests, and feedback.

By submitting a voice message, email, or other content to HDFM Radio, you grant HDFM Radio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and publicly perform your submission, in whole or in part, on any HDFM Radio program or platform. This includes live broadcasts, recorded shows, podcasts, social media, websites, promotional materials, and future media formats.

You retain ownership of your submission. However, by submitting it, you confirm that you have the right to share the content and that it does not knowingly infringe on another person's copyright, privacy, or other legal rights.

HDFM Radio may edit submissions for length, clarity, audio quality, or broadcast standards. We may identify you by your first name, nickname, city, or other information you provide unless you request otherwise. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor requests for anonymity, we cannot guarantee anonymous use in every circumstance.

Submission of content does not guarantee that it will be aired, published, or responded to, and no compensation will be provided unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Please do not submit confidential, private, or sensitive personal information that you do not wish to be made public.
